Leisure Lake Membership Assoc. is a member owned, volunteer park opened all year for LLMA members! We strive to make your camping experience the most enjoyable one possible. We host Coast to Coast and Resort Parks International (RPI) from April 1st thru September 30th - full hook-up sites. Take a moment, look at our Facebook page and website for the latest information.
Hi everyone! Just a quick update to thank everyone who signed up for our Thanksgiving Dinner. If by chance you were unable to sign up, please come and join us anyway, life happens some times and we get that. Please come join us November 9th, and if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact me.
Water shutoff is tentatively scheduled for November 1st (weather permitting or unless weather dictates earlier). ALL HOSES MUST BE REMOVED “BEFORE” NOVEMBER 1st. Please inform any of your friends who do not view Facebook.
For anyone helping with the water shut down this weekend, the park will be providing lunch.
Please join us in the clubhouse when your done, we love our volunteers and appreciate your hard work!

END OF SEASON ELECTRIC REMINDER & WINTER OFFICE HOURS
The October electric bill will come out on November 9th. The October bill is the last of the monthly bills before we go on the Winter 3 month billing cycle. Please don’t forget to pay this bill we hate to charge the late fees or to lock your electric box. You can prepay your account, give us a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will mail your bill, or you can have your bank send a check or Zelle. If your done camping for the winter it is suggested you unplug your camper so you don’t generate an electric bill. The Winter Bills are: Nov., Dec., & January-comes out Feb. 13, 2025 February, March & April-comes out May 8, 2025
WINTER OFFICE HOURS will begin Saturday, October 26th. Open 10:00am - 1:00pm (no Sunday hours) November through March the first two Saturdays of the month from 10AM-1PM. (No Sunday hours)

Please read this notice for important updates you may not be aware of.
President (Dale Cannon): Want to welcome everyone back. We have a lot of work planned for this
year and hope to get a lot of volunteers.
Vice President (Laurie Miller): Board meetings are open to members. Keep up to date on park
matters by attending the meetings. If you can't attend the meetings, the minutes are posted at the
clubhouse.
Secretary (Brenda Lallathin): Will be looking for some volunteers who would like to show off their
cooking skills by helping with the work weekend luncheons to feed our hard working volunteers.
Treasurer (Joanne Mociolek): Please remember that your prompt payment on dues, electric bills, etc.
are what keeps our park operating. If paying dues early, please date the check or Zelle payment
May 1st, 2024 so it will be counted towards 2024 income tax.
Activities/Special Projects Trustee (Cheryl Farrell): I’m looking for volunteers to help and participate
with this year’s activities.
Building Trustee (Dave Burnip): Want to welcome everyone back and look forward to working with
and for our community to make things better for all. Please, if you have any free time we will always
need volunteers and not just on work weekends. Please feel free to contact me with questions or
concerns related to buildings and repairs…hope to see everyone soon!
Grounds Trustee (Dave (Cowboy) Simons): I’ll be looking for more volunteers for mowing and
especially weed eating for the upcoming season.
Security Trustee (Quentin Childers): I’ll be looking for volunteers for security for the 2024 season.
Water/Sewer Trustee (Dustin Borlie): Want to remind everyone that the more water you use the
better it gets.

All rentals must be made by a member in good standing. The member must be in the park when their guests are in the park, they must read and complete a rental agreement, and reservations can be made in the office. Both sides sleep 4-6 people. There is a queen size and 2 twin size beds per side. It’s the member’s and or guests responsibility to bring bedding and to clean and remove trash after use. A board member will do a walk through upon check in and before check out with the member.
Clubhouse/kitchen rental agreement to be filled out by member and deposit required prior to event.
Pavilion rentals - check for availability please fill out form and make deposit before event.
