Leisure Lake Membership Assoc. is a member owned, volunteer park opened all year for LLMA members! We strive to make your camping experience the most enjoyable one possible. We host Coast to Coast and Resort Parks International (RPI) from April 1st thru September 30th - full hook-up sites. Take a moment, look at our Facebook page and website for the latest information.
We will resume normal (Sat/Sun) office hours beginning Saturday, April 6th (Saturday
10am – 2pm, Sunday 10am – 12 noon)
YOUR 2024 Dues Bill:
For any questions regarding your dues bill, call 330-268-9694…leave your name and phone
number and Brenda will return your call. All other questions should be directed to a board
member, or you can call 330-358-7418 (park office) and leave a message.
DUE DATE OF YEARLY MEMBERSHIP DUES:
Dues and assessments are to be paid in full no later than May 1st . Since it falls on a
Wednesday this year, the office will be open Wednesday, May 1st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00
p.m. There is no grace period!
You are considered late after 7:00 p.m. on May 1st, 2024 and a 15% late fee will be
added…with the exception of mail post marked by May 1st or Zelle payments dated May 1st.
Gate Cards will be de-activated for any member whose account is not paid in full by May 1st.

Your Officers and Trustees work tirelessly to keep the park functioning and meet member’s needs.
Please come to the office (during office hours) to schedule any non-emergency requests. There are
forms available and your request will be forwarded to the proper trustee. If an emergency occurs, the
Officer on Duty and/or any board member will gladly offer their assistance.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
PROPOSED: Constitution Amendment to Article XIV (Stated below, shared on FB and posted on the
LLMA Website) will be voted on at the April 14th Membership meeting:
If and when ALL candidates for the election are running unopposed, a voice vote from the floor at the
July Membership meeting may be called. Upon receiving an affirmative vote and the passing of a
background check, the candidates will be considered elected. This will eliminate the required election
by paper ballot.
1. 2024 Membership Meeting Dates: April 14th, July 14th, and October 13th at 10:00am.
2. Per the Health Department – NO PALLETS are allowed in the park and only SEASONED
wood should be burned!!
3. Paris Township Zoning Board: All members are required to sign in and out every visit or
weekly. Also, we must obey the conditional zoning rules; the park is a campground and is
not to be used as a permanent residence. All members are required to be out of the park at
least 120 days each camping season.
4. Rental policy reminder: Reservations MUST be made in person at the office by the
member. At least 50% down at the time the reservation is made. If canceled within 48 hrs of
reservation date, 50% of rental payment will be refunded. There will be no refunds if canceled
within 24 hr. or less.
5. You must be in the park when your guests are in the park (and be responsible for them).
6. Temporary gate codes (family reunions, birthday parties, etc.) can be requested through the
office. Please include date needed and at least 1 weeks’ notice.
7. The Leisure Lake web site www.leisurelakepark.com and Facebook page, Leisure Lake
Membership Association (THE OFFICIAL FB PAGE) are a great source of information.
8. Please remember that the DUMPSTERS are for TRASH only, no furniture, building materials
or oversized items permitted!
9. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION UP TO DATE (ADDRESS/PHONE
#/EMERGENCY CONTACT). This is for your benefit. If there is an emergency with your
camper, we need to be able to contact you.
10. Remember to bring in a copy of your pets vet records to the office if they camp with you.
The first step to becoming a member is a felony background check is required. There is an initial membership fee of $1,500.00 and a $300 security deposit. Thereafter the annual membership dues of $915
.00 for non-sewered lot and $1515.00 for sewered lot members. With your initial membership fee and paid annual dues, you and your family may enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, Olympic size pool, activities, etc. that Leisure Lake Park has to offer.
WELCOME TO THE 2024-25 CAMPING SEASON
Please read this notice for important updates you may not be aware of.
President (Dale Cannon): Want to welcome everyone back. We have a lot of work planned for this
year and hope to get a lot of volunteers.
Vice President (Laurie Miller): Board meetings are open to members. Keep up to date on park
matters by attending the meetings. If you can't attend the meetings, the minutes are posted at the
clubhouse.
Secretary (Brenda Lallathin): Will be looking for some volunteers who would like to show off their
cooking skills by helping with the work weekend luncheons to feed our hard working volunteers.
Treasurer (Joanne Mociolek): Please remember that your prompt payment on dues, electric bills, etc.
are what keeps our park operating. If paying dues early, please date the check or Zelle payment
May 1st, 2024 so it will be counted towards 2024 income tax.
Activities/Special Projects Trustee (Cheryl Farrell): I’m looking for volunteers to help and participate
with this year’s activities.
Building Trustee (Dave Burnip): Want to welcome everyone back and look forward to working with
and for our community to make things better for all. Please, if you have any free time we will always
need volunteers and not just on work weekends. Please feel free to contact me with questions or
concerns related to buildings and repairs…hope to see everyone soon!
Grounds Trustee (Dave (Cowboy) Simons): I’ll be looking for more volunteers for mowing and
especially weed eating for the upcoming season.
Security Trustee (Quentin Childers): I’ll be looking for volunteers for security for the 2024 season.
Water/Sewer Trustee (Dustin Borlie): Want to remind everyone that the more water you use the
better it gets.

All rentals must be made by a member in good standing. The member must be in the park when their guests are in the park, they must read and complete a rental agreement, and reservations can be made in the office. Both sides sleep 4-6 people. There is a queen size and 2 twin size beds per side. It’s the member’s and or guests responsibility to bring bedding and to clean and remove trash after use. A board member will do a walk through upon check in and before check out with the member.
Clubhouse/kitchen rental agreement to be filled out by member and deposit required prior to event.
Pavilion rentals - check for availability please fill out form and make deposit before event.
